The Associated General Contractors of America has launched a new public awareness campaign to help combat high suicide rates and improve mental health within the construction industry. Three quarters of contractors and building owners have experienced a dispute or claim in the last three years, and 91 percent say increased collaboration can help mitigate future risk, according to a new report from Dodge Data & Analytics.

The construction industry was slightly less confident in the second half of 2015 than the first, according to Associated Builders and Contractors’ (ABC) Construction Confidence Index (CCI). However, all three components of the index showed optimism for continued economic growth.
